Workshop Waiver

GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I. THE PARTIES

This General Release of Liability ("Release") is made and entered into as of this date

II. RELEASE AND WAIVER

In consideration of the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Releasor hereby fully and forever releases, waives, and discharges the Releasee, along with its affiliates, employees, agents, heirs, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of:

which took place on or before the date of this Release.

III. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The Releasor acknowledges and understands that there are inherent risks associated with the Liability Event. The Releasor assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may be sustained as a result of participating in the Liability Event.

IV. INDEMNIFICATION

The Releasor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from the Releasor's participation in the Liability Event.

V. NO ADMISSION OF LIABILITY

This Release is not an admission of liability by the Releasee. The Releasee denies and continues to deny any wrongdoing or liability.

VI. BINDING EFFECT 

This Release shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

VII. PAYMENT

As part of this release, the parties agree to no payment by the Releasee to the Releasor.

VIII. GOVERNING LAW

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NSW.

IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

X. SEVERABILITY 

If any provision of this Release is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

XI. SIGNATURES

By signing below, the Releasor acknowledges that they have read and understand this Release and agree to be bound by its terms.
