Workshop Agreement

1. Overview

1.1 Purpose of the Agreement


This Workshop Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which Mind Culture Life Australia PTY LTD ("Organiser") will conduct workshop(s) at your workplace or another agreed venue. The intent of this agreement is to outline the details of the workshop schedule, fees, materials provided, and the responsibilities of both the Organiser and your organisation.


1.2 Scope of Workshop(s)

The workshop(s) will cover various topics, suitable for participants with no prior knowledge in the areas of organisational culture and mental health.


2. Workshop Organiser and Participant Information

The Organiser is responsible for planning, preparing, and conducting the Organisational Culture and Mental Health workshop (code OGMH2025-03). The Organiser will provide all necessary materials and guidance to ensure a productive and enjoyable experience for participants.


2.2 Participant Details

Contacts are individuals who have registered their organisation for workshop(s). As such, contacts are expected to comply with the terms of this agreement.


3. Schedule of Workshops

3.1 Workshop Dates


Workshop(s) will be conducted according to the following schedule:

  • Workshop Title: Organisational Culture and Mental Health

  • Workshop Code: OCMH2025-03

3.2 Session Content

A workshop agenda will be emailed to you after your agreement is signed and your deposit has been paid. Typically you will receive the workshop agenda one month prior to your first scheduled workshop.


4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 Workshop Fees


The fee for participating in the this workshop is $7500 (AUD) ex. gst for up to 12 participants. This fee covers all sessions and includes the cost of materials provided by the Organiser.


4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of registration to secure your workshop.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance (50%) is due two weeks before the date of the workshop.


4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made via direct deposit and credit card:

4.4 Late Payment Policy

Late payments may result in your workshop being offered to another organisation on the waiting list. A reminder will be sent two weeks before the due date for the balance.

5. Materials and Supplies

5.1 Materials Provided by the Organiser

The Organiser will provide all necessary materials required for the workshop.


Participants will be informed in advance if they are expected to bring any additional materials to the workshop.

6. Liability Waivers and Safety

6.1 Liability Waiver

Your organisation will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in the workshop. This waiver releases the Organiser from liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the workshop.


6.2 Safety Guidelines

The Organiser will ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe manner and that potential hazards are clearly communicated to participants. Safety guidelines include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to prevent accidents.


6.3 Emergency Procedures

In case of an emergency, the Organiser will have a first aid kit available and will follow the necessary procedures to address any accidents or health concerns. Contact information for emergency services will be readily accessible.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Cancellation by Your Organisation

Your organisation has the right to cancel their enrollment in the workshop:

  • Notice Requirement: Cancellation notice must be provided by your organisation at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop.

  • Refund Policy: If cancellation notice is given within the specified time frame, your organisation will be eligible for a refund of any fees paid, minus the non-refundable deposit. If cancellation occurs after this period, no refund will be provided.


7.2 Cancellation by Organiser

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Emergency Situations: Such as severe weather conditions, illness, or other emergencies that prevent the workshop from taking place.

  • In such cases, the Organiser will notify your organisation as soon as possible and provide the following options:

  • Full Refund: A full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit.

  • Rescheduling: An option to reschedule your workshop.

7.3 Rescheduling Policy

If your organisation wishes to reschedule their participation to a different workshop date, they may do so based on the following terms:

  • Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Notice Requirement: A request to reschedule must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop.


7.4 Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation confirmation.


8. Intellectual Property and Use of Work

8.1 Rights to Workshop

The Organiser claims full rights to the workshop.


8.2 Use of Workshop Creations

Participants grant the Organiser permission to photograph or video record workshop sessions and use the photographs/video recordings for learning purposes, promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials. If participants do not wish to have their image(s) used, they must notify the Organiser at the commencement of the workshop.


8.3 Sharing of Techniques and Designs

While participants are encouraged to use and share the skills and techniques learned during the workshop, they should respect the intellectual property of the Organiser. This includes not replicating any part of the workshop for commercial purposes.


8.4 Confidentiality of Workshop Content

The content and materials provided during the workshop, including handouts are proprietary to the Organiser. Your organisation and participants must agree not to disclose or reproduce these materials without explicit permission.

9. Signatures

This section signifies the formal acceptance of the Organisational Culture and Mental Health Workshop agreement by both parties, confirming their agreement to the terms and conditions outlined within.


9.1 Acknowledgment and Consent

By signing this agreement, both the Organiser and your organisation acknowledge that they have read, fully understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated. They affirm that the information provided in this document is accurate and complete.
