About
Dr Kiaos is both a trained organisational culture expert and psychologist. Dr Kiaos completed her Ph.D. under Professor Gideon Kunda, who studied under Emeritus Professor Edgar Schein (MIT), both leading organisational culture experts.
Dr Kiaos founded Mind Culture Life Australia in August 2024 because of increases in employee ill-mental health which is often intricately tied to poor organisational culture. As a result, Mind Culture Life Australia has achieved many milestones in a very short space of time, such as working with a number of organisations to help improve the collective emotional wellbeing of Australian workers. Dr Kiaos consults with organisations in a variety of industries, including government, healthcare organisations, consulting firms and private enterprise to assess and improve an organisation’s ethos, culture, culture change management practices, approaches to leadership and mental health management.
Dr Kiaos has published extensively on the topic of organisational culture and mental health. A list of her academic publications can be viewed via her UNSW research profile - https://www.unsw.edu.au/staff/anna-kiaos.
